Both young, old, black, brown, white, yellow, red

Both young, old, black, brown, white, yellow, red, 99 per centers, tea partiers, students, union- non-union, republican, democrat, independent, no affiliation, government worker, or retired. We are all in this together. Let's join hands and stand together shoulder to shoulder as members of the United States Civil Defense Assoc. to help others during disasters who are in need.

The typical U.S. household headed by a person age 65 or older has a net worth 47 times greater than a household headed by someone under 35, according to an analysis of census data released recently. If all of us "old farts" have all of the money, we should be able to fight for our freedom and liberty. Governor George Wallace during his run for the office of the presidency Said "There is not a dimes worth of difference between the political parties." Let us try to elect someone who might be near honest and not be after feathering their own nests. That means NEW BLOOD, across the board.

The younger adults yes, our own children like to refer to us as senior citizens, old fogies, geezers, and in some cases dinosaurs. Some of us are "Baby Boomers" getting ready to retire. Others have been retired for some time. Yes, it's true, we walk a little slower these days and our eyes and hearing are not what they once were. We have worked hard, raised our children, worshiped our God and grown old together. Yes, we are the ones some refer to as being over the hill, and that is probably true. But before writing us off completely, there are a few things that need to be taken into consideration.

In school we studied English, history, math, and science which enabled us to lead America into the technological age and most of the rest of the world. Most of us remember what outhouses were, many of us with firsthand experience.

We remember the days before television, of telephone party-lines, 25 cent gasoline, Tape recorders, eight track tapes, cassettes, fax machines, internet, computers, cell phones, smart phones, laptops, tablets and milk with sweet cream on the top of the bottle along with ice being delivered to our homes. It was kept in an ice box. For those of you who don't know what an icebox is, today they are electric and referred to as refrigerators. A few even remember when cars were started with a crank. We remember dinner with the family, setting on the stoop, just talking and being together. While the youngsters trapped Fire Flies in old mason jars. Yes, we lived those days.

We are probably considered old fashioned and out-dated by many. But there are a few things you need to remember before completely writing us off. We survived the Great Depression, won World War II, fought in Korea and Viet Nam. Built the biggest buildings on earth. The worlds largest railroads, and the most modern highway system there is. We can quote The Pledge of Allegiance, and know where to place our hand while doing so. We wore the uniform of our country with pride and lost many friends on the battlefield. We fought for the "Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave." And for the coveted U.S. CONSTITUTION. We wore different uniforms but carried the same flag. We know the words to the Star Spangled Banner, America, and America the Beautiful by heart, and you may even see some tears running down our cheeks as we sing. We have lived what many of you have only read in history books and we feel no obligation to apologize to anyone for America.

Yes, we are old and slow these days but rest assured, we have at least one good fight left in us. We have loved this country, fought for it, and died for it, and now we are going to save it. It is our country and nobody is going to take it away from us. We took oaths to defend America against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and that is an oath we plan to keep. There are those who want to destroy this land we love but, like our founders, there is no way we are going to remain silent.

We hope the younger ones will wake up and join us in taking back our country, for us, for you, and most importantly for our children's future and for the future of the greatest nation the world has ever known.

With all our experience and the education we gave you, we didn't have sense enough to see through the lies of our government and instead we drank the 'Kool-Aid.' Now we're all paying the price and complaining about it. High cost of education, No jobs, lost mortgages, higher taxes, loss of much of our freedoms and liberty by the government trashing the American CONTITUTION.

We need your help now and together we can win our country back so we can entrust you with the Torch of Liberty.

Well, don't worry young people, we'll be there for you the Grey-Haired Brigade is here, and together we are going to start to take back our nation. We may drive a little slower than you would like but we get where we're going, and in 2016 we're going to the polls together by the millions. Vote out all the old and vote in the new.

This land does not belong to the government it belongs to "We the People" We will together reclaim our land and our Constitution. We trust this time we'll do a better job of preserving it and passing it along to you and our grandchildren. God bliss you. We love you.

Our Mission Is: Disaster Relief by helping those that need it after a Natural or Man Made Catastrophe. Educate Americans on the importance of preparedness and recovery, including the Restoration of Constitutional government, rule of law, freedom and liberty.

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York Issues Digital Dollar: A Leap into the Future of Finance

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York Issues Digital Dollar: A Leap into the Future of Finance

By Michael Mick Webster

In a groundbreaking move, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York has issued a digital dollar, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of the United States' financial system. This initiative reflects the growing global trend towards digital currencies and underscores the need for the U.S. to adapt to the rapidly changing financial landscape.

Understanding the Digital Dollar

The digital dollar, also known as a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), represents a digital form of the U.S. dollar issued directly by the Federal Reserve. Unlike cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, which operate on decentralized networks, the digital dollar is centralized and backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government.

Advantages of a Digital Dollar

  1. Financial Inclusion: One of the primary advantages of a digital dollar is the potential to enhance financial inclusion. By providing a digital means of transaction, the digital dollar can help unbanked and underbanked populations gain access to the financial system, reducing barriers to economic participation.
  2. Efficiency and Security: Digital dollars can streamline transactions, making them faster and more secure. This efficiency can reduce costs associated with physical cash handling and decrease the risks of counterfeiting and fraud.
  3. Monetary Policy Implementation: A digital dollar can provide the Federal Reserve with new tools to implement monetary policy. For example, it could facilitate more direct and immediate adjustments to the money supply and interest rates.

Challenges and Considerations

Despite the potential benefits, the issuance of a digital dollar also presents several challenges:

  1. Privacy Concerns: The introduction of a digital dollar raises significant concerns about privacy and surveillance. Ensuring that user data is protected while maintaining the transparency required for regulatory purposes will be a delicate balance.
  2. Cybersecurity: As with any digital infrastructure, cybersecurity is a paramount concern. The Federal Reserve will need to implement robust security measures to protect the digital dollar from cyber-attacks and other malicious activities.
  3. Impact on Traditional Banking: The adoption of a digital dollar could disrupt traditional banking models. Banks may need to adapt their operations and services to accommodate this new form of currency, which could involve significant changes to their business practices.

Global Implications

The issuance of a digital dollar by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York also has global implications. As other countries explore and implement their own digital currencies, the U.S. must ensure its leadership in the global financial system. The digital dollar could strengthen the dollar's position as the world's reserve currency and enhance the U.S.'s ability to influence global economic policies.

Conclusion

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York's issuance of a digital dollar is a pivotal development in the financial sector. While it promises numerous benefits, it also poses challenges that must be carefully managed. As this initiative progresses, it will be crucial to monitor its impact on the economy, privacy, and the global financial system.

Replacing paper money with nothing more than a government controlled computer program.

This shocking development now means 290 million Americans will be forced to use the Fed's digital dollar as soon as November of '24.

It's crazy. But while the establishment media is hush-hush about it, many experts are sounding the alarm, including leading voices like Joe Rogan and Tucker Carlson.

Even the president of the Federal Reserve of Minneapolis recently warned that the Central Bank digital currency is a way to directly tax you and track all your transactions.

OSHA Training Required

 OSHA Training Required

What is the best way for any company to figure out the OSHA annual training requirements? We share the best place to start!  Site Safety Experts.

This article is the answer to a question we received from one of our awesome readers. We thought it was a great question and we wanted to share our recommendations.

Question: Are there annual mandatory safety training topics that must be conducted in order to be compliant with OSHA?

Short answer: Yes, but it depends on the tasks the workers perform, the specific hazards they may encounter during a work day and ultimately the specific regulations those task and hazards would fall under based on the work and the industry. So, the easy answer is… every company is different and the answer isn’t exactly straightforward.

From a federal OSHA stand point you could take a look at this document, this document is great: OSHA 2254 Training Requirements in OSHA Standards. This OSHA resource provides a great summary of OSHA training requirements.

Below are a few examples from this document that apply to Construction:

  • 1926.60 Methylenedianiline (l) Communication of hazards to employees (3) Information and training. (i) The employer shall provide employees with information and training on MDA, in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200(h), at the time of initial assignment and at least annually thereafter.
  • 1926.62 Lead in Construction (l)Communication of hazards (iv) The employer shall also provide the training program at least annually for each employee who is subject to lead exposure at or above the action level on any day.
  • 1910.134 Respiratory protection (k) Training and information. This paragraph requires the employer to provide effective training to employees who are required to use respirators. The training must be comprehensive, understandable, and recur annually, and more often if necessary.

The examples above are applicable to construction work but a lot of contractors often fail to recognize that they may fall under General Industry regulations depending on the specific work they are performing. There could be situations where they are performing warranty or service work and may be subject to OSHA standards for lockout/tagout under 29 CFR 1910.147 or other standards that have an annual training requirement.

Consistent safety training will always pay back over and over again as employees’ experience fewer injuries and illnesses, demonstrate better morale, and the company realizes lower insurance premiums.

Disclaimer: This article does not provide a complete list of required safety training required for your company and while this article was posted by our safety professional.

Jeffrey Epstein Documents Released

 Jeffrey Epstein Documents Released

U.S. Judge released the court documents “concerns activity ranging from grossly unacceptable to rape — all of the conduct at issue is sexually deviant, disgusting, and criminal. The details in the record will be outrageous to decent people”

The documents also reveal that Epstein “used children to find more victims,” according to the order by Delgado, who wrote that “some of the children knew the type of people they could be exposed to and the infamous nature of such ‘notable’ people.”

Where Epstein’s Case Stands

Several rounds of documents have been released since Epstein’s death that relate to the sexual abuse accusations. In January, hundreds of pages were unsealed in a now-settled case brought by Virginia Giuffre, who in 2015 sued Ghislaine Maxwell, accusing Maxwell of luring her away at age 17 to work as a “masseuse” for Epstein. Giuffre alleged that she was sexually abused by Epstein and several other men in his social circle.

As the Associated Press (AP) reports, several thousands of documents related to Giuffre’s lawsuit have been released since 2019. Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend and house manager, was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2022 after being found guilty of sex trafficking, conspiracy and transportation of a minor for illegal sexual activity.

The Case For Silver

The Case for Silver: Protecting Your Retirement and Other Assets In Uncertain Times

In today's turbulent financial landscape, it's crucial to stay ahead of potential economic pitfalls. I feel compelled to share some vital insights on why the U.S. dollar is at risk of devaluation and why investing in silver could safeguard your retirement savings.

The Debt Bomb

The U.S. national debt is escalating at an alarming rate, reaching trillions of dollars. History shows that heavily indebted nations often resort to printing more money, which leads to inflation. As inflation rises, the value of the dollar decreases, eroding the purchasing power of your savings.

Fiat Currency Vulnerabilities

The dollar, like all fiat currencies, is not backed by tangible assets. It represents an IOU from the government. When trust in this IOU diminishes, the currency's value can collapse, as seen with the Zimbabwe dollar, the Venezuelan bolivar, and the Weimar Republic’s mark. These historical precedents highlight the risks inherent in fiat currencies.

Global Power Shifts

The global financial landscape is shifting, with China and Russia forging new trade deals that bypass the dollar. The BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) are also developing alternatives to the dollar for international trade. If global reliance on the dollar diminishes, its value could decline significantly.

Economic Indicators

Inflation is evident in rising prices for essential goods and services, such as food, fuel, and housing. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is climbing, signaling a reduction in the dollar’s purchasing power. This trend is a clear warning of potential financial instability.

The Solution: Silver

Silver has long been a reliable store of value. Unlike paper money, it cannot be printed at will. Silver is durable, divisible, and universally accepted, making it an excellent hedge against inflation and currency collapse.

Why You Should Act Now

Protection: Silver acts as a hedge against inflation and currency devaluation, preserving your purchasing power.

Affordability: Silver is more accessible than gold, offering a high value-to-cost ratio, especially for smaller investors.

Diversification: Investing in silver provides a safeguard against financial disasters, diversifying your portfolio and mitigating risks.

Growth Potential: As the dollar weakens, silver prices typically rise, enhancing the value of your investment.

Every day you delay investing in silver is a day closer to potential financial losses. Think of it as securing a lifeboat on a sinking ship—the sooner you act, the safer you’ll be.

Conclusion

This is not about fear-mongering; it’s about being smart and proactive. Protect your future and secure your retirement with silver today.

United States Under Siege: Unprecedented

United States Under Siege: Unprecedented Security Challenges at the Border

Date: [Insert Date]

In a recent alarming disclosure, top leaders of the United States Border Patrol have revealed that the nation is facing an unprecedented surge of threats from terrorist groups and other hostile actors. The situation, described by officials as "under siege," underscores the urgent need for significant adjustments to America's national security strategies.

According to high-ranking border patrol officials who wished to remain anonymous, the United States is currently grappling with emerging dangers from several international actors, notably China, Russia, North Korea, and Iran. These officials highlighted the increasing presence of Islamist extremists within the USA. They noted, "We’ve been monitoring and identifying indications and warnings for a number of years. Just for statistics, back in 2020, Islamic jihadists and other organizations, both known and 'getaways,' numbered under 100. Today, we believe that number has increased by 40% or more. It could be even worse. Ensuring the security of our borders and providing accurate indications and warnings is crucial for the protection of the homeland."

However, the border patrol's ability to focus on these threats is being hampered by the administrative burden of processing and managing the influx of approximately 11 million illegal aliens who have crossed the borders. This has diverted critical resources away from addressing the security risks posed by terrorist groups.

The officials stressed the importance of vigilance in protecting American interests, particularly given the dangerous instability in Mexico. They warned that violence is likely to escalate, posing an even greater threat to the average American citizen. Countering terrorism, they reiterated, is a key pillar supporting broader efforts aimed at crisis prevention and conflict resolution.

Growing Foreign Influence

The discussion also turned to the growing influence of China within the United States. China's ambitious infrastructure projects, under the guise of business ownership, including farms, ranches, property, harbor docks, ocean lines, and other critical assets, have raised concerns. The Border Patrol expressed wariness about the potential long-term implications of China’s expanding presence near many of the country's strategic military installations. There are lingering questions about the ultimate goals behind establishing a permanent economic base in the US and whether it could project hard-power capabilities deep within the homeland.

Russia, too, has come under stern scrutiny. Moscow's increasingly brazen attempts to infiltrate US harbors and seas have been noted. Vladimir Putin's strategy appears to be exploiting vulnerabilities exacerbated by internal strife, thereby solidifying Kremlin control networks stretching from Mali to South Sudan and now off US coastlines. The shadows of China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, and other hostile entities loom large over United States security.

Collaboration with Criminal Organizations

Compounding the threat, al-Qaeda and its affiliates have formed alliances with many Mexican drug cartels, facilitating human smuggling and the trafficking of dangerous drugs. These criminal networks are now embedded among the illegal aliens entering the country, further complicating the security landscape.

In light of these developments, the urgency for a robust and adaptive national security strategy has never been greater. The United States must address these multifaceted threats with coordinated efforts across all levels of government and society to safeguard the nation and its citizens.
