Laguna Beach detectives arrest 2nd suspect in the Laguna Beach Cliff restaurant and shops early morrning burglary. Seen here in the background surveillance photo above. The 20 something year old was arrested in Oceanside today at 4:30 PM. Laguna Police will provide more details Friday. The Journal will follow up then.
