Alleged Revelations Place Elon Musk Back in Epstein Spotlight

Ghislaine Maxwell’s Alleged Revelations Place Elon Musk Back in Epstein Spotlight

By Michael Mick Webster, Syndicated Investigative Reporter

In a startling development that could intensify public debate over the long-secret Epstein files, recently circulated interview transcripts—purportedly recorded during Department of Justice sessions with convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell—allege that Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk was present at gatherings linked to Jeffrey Epstein’s inner circle.

While these claims remain unverified and have not been confirmed by federal officials, they contradict Musk’s repeated statements that he had little or no relationship with Maxwell or Epstein.

According to the alleged transcripts, Maxwell described encounters with Musk stretching back more than a decade, including a lavish Caribbean birthday party hosted by Google co-founder Sergey Brin around 2010–2011, and a Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty in 2014. Photographs from the latter event exist, though Musk has previously said Maxwell “photobombed” him and that he did not know her.

The timing of these allegations is politically sensitive. President Donald Trump faces pressure to release the full Epstein files, while Musk himself has publicly urged transparency—at times suggesting that Trump’s name may appear in the documents, before later retracting the claim.

Federal prosecutors and the DOJ have declined to comment on the authenticity of the alleged tapes or whether Maxwell’s remarks could spark new subpoenas or investigations. Musk, who has consistently denied ties to Epstein’s network, has so far remained silent.

If substantiated, the claims could fuel an already volatile mix of politics, power, and scandal—casting one of the world’s most influential entrepreneurs into the glare of renewed scrutiny.
