You're right Heather, the bigger issue is the use of a firearm based on emotion which is something I believe they teach you NOT to do in the academy. He could've missed and injured somebody.... There have been multiple issues w that in this specific HOA. Not that any of it makes it acceptable to whip out a gun & shoot in a neighborhood, esp one where everyone is in such close proximity 󾌯 Pretty creeped out living here right now.
