Mr. Webster has completed his 40 hour OSHA EM 385 certification through the University Of  San Diego.  Mr. Webster holds a current OSHA acknowledgement card that proves he has successfully completed a 30 hour Occupational Safety and Health Training Course in Construction Safety and Health. # 34-600933991. The above certifications meet U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other Federal and State specifications.
United States Civil defense Assoc. From 1976 to present. Mr. Webster over the years supervised on site safety. Mr. Webster is in charge of managing all workers on site and as On Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), and previously served as “Qualified Person’s” and  “Competent Person”  he has experience with working  in the specialized fields within the construction industry for several years. He is in charge of mitigation of life threatening emergencies including search and rescue, disasters, major relief efforts, oversees reconstruction and clean up after disasters. With billions in damages from disasters and billions was the cost for clean-up and construction. 
Mr. Webster is a On Site Safety & Health Officer, and has experience as an  Emergency Management Specialist and Instructor, an Emergency Medical Tec (EMT), Construction Program Manager, Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Equipment, Sanitation, Medical and First Aid, Hazardous or Toxic Agents And Environments, Lighting, Accident Prevention, Fire Prevention and Protection, Welding and Cutting, Electrical, Control of Hazardous Energy, Hand And power Tools, Material Handling, Storage and Disposal, Rigging, Load Handling Equipment (LHE), Conveyors, Vehicles, Machinery and Equipment, Floating Plant and Marine Activities, Pressurized Equipment and Systems, Fall Protection, Work Platforms and Scaffolding, Demolition, Renovation, and Re- Occupancy, Safe Access, Excavations and Trenching, Underground Construction (Tunnels), Shafts and Caissons, Concrete, Masonry, Roofing and Residential Construction, Steel Erection, Blasting, Diving Operations, Tree Maintenance and removal, Airfield and Aircraft Operations, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), Confined Space Entry,  a Wildland Fire fighter and Instructor, Mr. Webster was with the United States Civil defense Assoc., from 1976 to present. Mr. Webster supervised on site mitigation of life threatening emergencies including disasters and major relief efforts both here at home, and around the world. 
Mr. Webster as “Safety Officer Consultant” From 1973  to 1975,  trained American Indian workers who where to work on the construction and operation of the $395 Million Mescalero Apache “Inn of the Mountain Gods”  aimed at helping to improve the living and working conditions and the lives of American Indians on reservations, Mr. Webster also trained the Mescalero Apache Indians on Community Emergency Response Team (CERT in the state of New Mexico. Under the direction of Wendell Chino Chief of the Mescalero Apache Indians of New Mexico. 
Mr. Webster was the "Site Safety and health Officer" (SSHO) consultant for the pre design and operation of the Alaska Pipeline project. From 1970 to 1973 through the Teamsters Union and the Alyeska Pipeline Service Company. Mr. Webster, supervised during the design and pre construction of the first pipe of the Trans Alaska Pipeline System. Actual construction began March 27, 1975 and was completed May 31, 1977.The over all cost to build: was $10 billion. At the time It was the largest privately funded man made construction project of all time. Mr. Webster established and performed the following duties. Personally or through subordinates, field staff, and sub-contractors. Monitored proposed workplace activities to ensure that workers would comply with all current and future company policies and government safety regulations during the project life. Collaborated on proposed policy development, safety inspections, safety training and compliance with the federal Occupational Safety & Health Administration, Negotiated contracts with trade unions pertaining to trade contracts with sub-contractors. 
Mr. Webster as a "Ship & Dock Site Safety Stewart" oversaw safety issues as dispatched through Longshoremen’s Local 13 as an extra from 1968 to 1970 at The Pacific Maritime Association PMA, at one of the largest harbor operations in the world handling tens of thousands of tons of fright annually. PMA represents cargo carriers, terminal operators and stevedoring companies, both in the Los Angeles harbor and docks at the water fronts of San Pedro, Wilmington and Long Beach California.

Mr. Webster has developed proposed safety policies helping employer and subs to reduce accident-related costs and prevention losses due to a decline in productivity. Future workplace inspections, accident Investigations, training and coaching, and regulatory compliance.
